  • Smart911 - As of July 1, 2014 the Town of Ipswich will be using Smart911 to provide emergency notifications to town residents. Your land line telephone number is already in the new system. To receive alerts via text message or email, please register your number and/or email address. If you have previously registered on our old system Blackboard, you will need to register again. Smart911 works with SmartPrepare and will streamline emergency notifications to town residents.
