Mission/goals for Ipswich HRC:

•    The purpose of IHRC is to affirm the Town of Ipswich is an inclusive community, committed to upholding and defending the rights of all individuals to enjoy free and equal exercise of their rights and privileges, as secured by the Constitutions of the United States and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

•    IHRC will collaborate with Ipswich's Town Manager, Human Resources Director, Select Board, Police Department, School Administration and Staff, and community partners to create a positive atmosphere and ensure all persons enjoy equal opportunities to participate in local affairs, including housing, employment, education, public accommodation, access to Town services, insurance, credit, banking and health care.
